Up for raffle is a one of a kind 2-6 AIR CAV commemorative AR-15 Rifle made by former 2-6 Trooper and owner of OverWatch FireArms in Tonganoxie, KS, Rick Hartfelder.
The rifle has the foundation of a custom OWFA lower receiver featuring the 2-6 crossed sabres and even carries the unique serial number 0026. It is chambered in .223 Wylde which allows the rifle to fire both .223 Rem and 5.56 NATO flawlessly. This rifle is loaded and consists of the following: Black Guns Wood Walnut Furniture Set, JE Machine A2 Buffer System, CMMG Lower Parts, United Defense ambidextrous Charging Handle, Recoil Technologies High Polish Nickel Boron Bolt Carrier Group, James Madison Black Ops EVO Match Trigger, JE Machine 60/90 Ambidextrous Safety, Guntec Extended Magazine release, Davidson Defense Panhead Enhanced Upper Receiver, Strike Industries Enhance Flag Dust Cover, James Madison Anti-walk Pins, Unique AR Freedom 15 Handguard, a 24 inch Ballistic Advantage Fluted Heavy Barrel 1:8 twist, Recoil Technologies Gas Block, Spikes Tactical Rifle Length Gas Tube, Magpul Bipod, and completed with a Vortex Strike Eagle 4-24x50 EBR-4 MOA scope mounted with an Aero Precision Ultralight 30mm Scope Mount. This rifle also comes with a lockable Double-Gun Hard Case with Wheels and a Magpul 30 round magazine.
This complete package carries a total MSRP of $3,195.25. Entry for this raffle is limited to the former members of 2-6 CAV during the command time of LTC Michael Swanson (2002-2006).
The winner of the raffle must meet the legal requirements both federal and state in which they reside as well as be able to pass the federal NICS background check. If the winner is unable to meet legal requirements the raffle will move to the first and then second alternate. If residence is out of state or a FFL transfer is required, the winner is responsible for finding a FFL willing to conduct the transfer and pass their contact information onto OverWatch FireArms. OverWatch FireArms will make follow on arrangements with the FFL the winner has selected.
